MANUFACTURE and SUPPLY

We manufacture and supply SiPanels for commercial, industrial and residential use as wall- roof- and floor systems. Combined with our other Styrotex products and services we are able to offer a one stop solution for all your insulated panel needs.

APPLICATION

Structures include cold rooms, freezer rooms, process plants, storage rooms and prefab buildings, like schools, hospitals offices or ablution blocks.

STRUCTURE/DESIGN

The standard panel structure is made out of two roll-formed tongue-and-groove joining 0.5mm Aluminium/Zink sheets, laminated with a two-component, flow grade urethane based compound onto fire retardant Styrotex Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulation, guaranteeing a structurally durable and thermally resistant structure. 

Alternatively SiPanels can be manufactured in single sided or double sided formats, using alternative cladding such as fibre cement boards, magnesium board, wood-based boards or other metal sheeting.
